Incentive program

LTI 2022

At the Extraordinary General Meeting on August 19, 2022, the shareholders resolved to approve the Board’s proposal to issue a long-term incentive program for senior executives and other key individuals in the Group. The aim of the program is to strengthen the Group’s ability to recruit and retain key individuals. LTI 2022 comprises a maximum of 13 key individuals in the Group. The maximum number of performance share rights that can be allocated in accordance with LTI 2022 is to be limited to 642,595. The program currently has 4 participants with the possibility to earn a maximum of 314,712 performance stock rights.
