The Annual General Meeting of Gapwaves AB (publ) will be held on Friday, 29 April 2020, 10.00 at Västsvenska Handelskammaren, Parkgatan 49, 411 38 Gothenburg. The entrance will open at 09:30.
Shareholders who wish to attend the meeting must be included in the share register kept by Euroclear Sweden AB on April 23, 2020, and must notify their participation to the company no later than April 23, 2020.
Shareholders represented by proxy shall issue a written, dated power of attorney for the representative.
